I wasn't one of those asked, but here are a few books that I enjoyed in 2011:
Still Alice and Left Neglected by Lisa Genova
Katie Up and Down the Hall by Glenn Plaskin (easy read, but cute and I just got a cocker spaniel!)
several of the Kurt Wallander mysteries by Henning Mankell (dvds were also good with Kenneth Branaugh as Kurt Wallander)
Sing You Home by Jodi Picoult
Cutting for Stone by Verghese
The Litigators by Grisham
Thanks for your list Chris....always looking for books to read! Jason gave me a Kindle for Christmas, so now its even easier!
Townie, by Andre Dubus III
Sidekicks, by Jack Ferraiolo
Paying for It, by Chester Brown
The Boy Who Couldn't Die, by William Sleator
Love & Fame, by John Berryman
